Graham says: “Having been bought my first camera a Praktica MTL3 at the age of 12 I've spent most of my life looking through a lens! I think I'm addicted to photography, some may say I'm quite sad but I can't live without photography in my life. Through the years I've been to places, met people and had experiences that without a camera in my hand I'd never have had a chance to experience.
Around 10 years ago I turned my passion for photography in to a business and gphotography was born. I'm mainly a people photographer specialising in creative portraiture, weddings and live music. gphotography has been fortunate to have been shortlisted as one of the top 5 wedding photographers in West Wales at the finals of the Welsh National Wedding Awards for the past 5 consecutive years.
I love my music and my camera has got me to the front of the stage at hundreds of concerts. I've been lucky enough to photograph many of the world’s leading performers including Lionel Richie, Meat Loaf, Bryan Ferry, Elvis Costello and The Stereophonics. I've also had work published in The Times, Guardian, Telegraph and on the BBC to name but a few of my successes and I submit my work to the international media through the Rex Features agency.
I also love to combine my photography with my love of travel. In the last 2 years I've taken my camera to many stunning places including Paris, Madrid, Berlin, Iceland and Rome. As exciting as some of those locations are I've not been looking forward to a trip as much as my trip to Chernobyl this June. My photography is not all about business and I regularly set myself challenges that could be a photo a day everyday through 2 years or something more of a one off creative portrait.“
