Eco-differentiate yourself as a Photographer

You need to be a tall poppy with so many photographers creating great images and selling their services in today's market.

You can sometimes be one - just by looking at materials you usually discard and repurposing them.

Here are three ideas that are both eco friendly and a timely reminder that it's not just your images that mark you out as a photographer or even your style: it's also the way you market yourself.

From design studio Bcome comes a beautiful idea for recycling your tetrapak milk containers into CD mailers. Takes all of 3 minutes (made two today already)

Bcome: TETRA PAK CD CASE

From DIYphotography.net comes the best cardboard pinhole camera ever

and maybe someone who has put all 3 together, No Plastic Sleeves tells the story of photographer Michael Winokur who's done some shrewd marketing by sending out folded cardboard cameras to his prospects
