This Friday at KPS ...

There is no meeting on the 14^th April as it is Good Friday. Wherever you are and whatever you are doing this weekend may there be a chance for you to enjoy a photographic moment. Perhaps by visiting an exhibition and gaining inspiration from the images you see or by taking your camera to a favourite location and capturing a moment in time.

Kingswood Photographic Society next meets on Friday 21^st April when Nick Jenkins, ARPS, AWPF will be giving a digital image presentation entitled Miles and Miles of Fresh Air.

Kingswood PS meet Fridays at 7.30pm at St Barnabas Church Hall, Warmley, Bristol BS30 5JJ for a 7.30pm start. The cost for visitors is £3.00.

Who Are KPS?

Kingswood Photographic Society is one of the UK’s leading photographic groups, having been formed in 1948 by a handful of keen photographers.
Over the years, KPS has become renowned for the quality of its annual programme, with an emphasis on well-known outside speakers from around the UK. In addition, members run other evenings, with the aim of sharing their knowledge with others. Practical and competition evenings make up the balance of the programme, with AV being the latest innovation.
Within our normal programme, we hold a number of digital workshops. These are some of the reasons KPS attracts an enthusiastic, talented and friendly membership. Above all, the programme is designed to suit photographers of all ages and abilities.
