On 12th August, Kingswood
Photographic Society has its fifth and final Summer Night Outing of the year. The location is
the Bristol Harbour area.
Our Social Secretary, Hilary Kay,
who be leading us, says: “We certainly deserve glorious light and warm temperatures for the last outing of the
year and it should provide a varied photographic opportunity.
I suggest Redcliffe
Parade long stay car park, postcode BS1 6SW as a possible parking location
(charges apply) but locals will know of other spots in the Queens Square area etc.
Can we meet near the end of the Princes
Street Bridge
on Princes Wharf where the MShed (https://www.bristolmuseums.org.uk/m-shed/)
is situated. There is a choice of hostelries depending where we finish up when
it is time for refreshments."
These types of evenings provide a great chance for
members to spend time together, for taking photographs and for sharing photographic
knowledge or simply socialising with one other. Any questions about this
or other outings, please contact Hilary, hkcroft@gmail.com or 01380 722288.
For information about Kingswood Photographic Society, please pop
onto our website, http://kingswoodps.co.uk/. Details
of previous KPS outings
are given on the webpage ‘Social
Page’.
Looking forward to
seeing you all on Friday.
