This Friday at KPS ....

There is no meeting at St Barnabas Hall on 4^th September, as Kingswood Photographic Society members are due to congregate at the Royal Photographic Society’s HQ at Fenton House, 122 Wells Road, Bath, BA2 3AH for a presentation of panels that have successfully achieved a ‘L’, ‘A’ and ‘F’ distinctions and some that have failed to achieve those levels. 

Andy Moore, the Distinctions Manager at the RPS will be leading the evening and will explain reasons for successes and failures.  It should prove to be an essential meeting for those who are aiming to gain RPS distinctions.  It should also prove interesting for those not targeting distinctions and for those that already have obtained them as it will give an indication of what distinction panels the RPS are currently looking for in terms of subject matter, print quality and panel construction which could be of value to us all.
