This Friday at KPS …

On Friday 2nd August one of our members, Kevin James, will be leading the Studio Evening.

Kevin says: “I have been doing studio work for some 45 years, not that it makes me any good at it!  I will show a couple of studio pictures of our model booked for the evening taken at a few other studios and outdoor venues.  

I will also highlight settings of cameras, triggering lighting sets, various lighting arrangements, shooting positions and, finally, say a little about studio etiquette. 

The adjacent picture is the young lady who I have booked for the evening.  Her name is

Georgie”.  

This should be an excellent and informative evening so we hope to see you there.  Do remember to bring your cameras.  

Kingswood PS meet on Fridays at 7.30pm at St Barnabas Church Hall, Warmley, Bristol  BS30 5JJ.  Visitors are welcome to join us and the cost for non-members on Studio Evenings is £5.00.


NEXT WEEK - HUGH MILSOM  FRPS, MFIAP & PAT BROAD  ARPS, AFIAP
We are really delighted to have Hugh and Pat visit us.

Hugh is a very well-known international exhibitor and until recently led workshops on landscape photography in many locations in the UK and Ireland.  He lectuers throughout the UK and is supported by Permajet.

Pat Board is a members of Hailsham PS and has won many awards both at club and international level.  This is her first visit to the Society as a speaker and we look forward to seeing her delicate and perceptive work.
