There is a change to the Programme, on Friday, 19th July. Dr David Cooke ARPS, was booked to give a presentation on the evolution of his colour ARPS panel and other print work. David’s visit has had to be deferred due to his commitment on the RPS Council.
This postponement gives Kingswood Photographic Society the opportunity of staging an Audio Visual Forum, giving members the opportunity to show some of their sequences.
Do you have any AVs? If so, please remember to bring them with you on the 19th to show to other KPS members. The rules and technical specifications relating to the AV Forum can be found on page 22 of your 2013 Programme.
If you have not yet embraced this way of showing your images, this will give you the chance to see several different interpretations of this medium, which brings together visual and sound components to complement a photographer’s projected images or to tell a story.
Kingswood PS meets Fridays at 7.30pm at St Barnabas Church Hall, Warmley, Bristol BS30 5JJ. The cost for visitors, who are always welcome, is £3.00.
