This Friday at KPS ...

On Friday 12th July, it is the fourth of our summer nights out.  We are incredibly fortunate that on of our members, Mike Palfrey is allowing us to photograph his Bugatti motorcar.

Please meet at Bitton Station at 7.00pm.  The evening will end around 9.00pm when those who wish to extend the evening can do so at a nearby ‘watering hole’.

Bitton Station is situated midway between the cities of Bristol and Bath, on the A431 main road, approximately one mile from the town of Keynsham.  Car parking spaces are available at Bitton station, and are free. The location postcode is, BS30 6HD.

The usage of this location is by kind permission of the Avon Valley Railway and one of their volunteers who will be in attendance.

We hope you can join us for this special outing. If you have any question, please contact Vanessa Herring, vanessaherring@gmail.com.

DO NOTE that Mike’s Bugatti does not like to get wet so, if it rains, an alternative outing will be arranged.  So, if the weather is inclement, please look at your emails before heading out or phone Vanessa on 07702 343781 to discover what is happening.

The KPS summer outings give the opportunity for members to spend time taking photographs, sharing their knowledge or simply socialising.

For information about Kingswood Photographic Society, please pop onto our website, http://kingswoodps.co.uk/.  Details of other Summer Outings are given on the ‘Social Page’

NEXT WEEK – AV Forum
This meeting provides an opportunity for members to show sequences of their images to music or present them to tell a story. Remember to bring along the AVs you have created.
