This Friday at KPS .....

Kingswood Photographic Society is absolutely delighted to welcome Peter Brisley ARPS, as their speaker on Friday 17 May.  Peter will be showing his images and talking about ‘Travels with my iPad’. 

Peter says:  "This will be a return visit to the club for me and I will be bringing a selection of images from my travels over the past two years, including Syria, Brazil and Myanmar (Burma) and even the U.K.  

Mostly monochromatic these images have been edited via apps on my iPad, usually on the day of shooting, for what I like to think of as a more immediate emotional response to time and place.  

As a member of Crown Monochrome and the Monoist group I would like to warn some members of the audience that there may be colour images included in this presentation!"  

This promises to be fascinating evening so we hope to see you there.  

Kingswood PS meet Fridays at 7.30pm at St Barnabas Church Hall, Warmley, Bristol  BS30 5JJ.  Visitors are most welcome and the cost for this evening is £3.00.



NEXT WEEK - SECOND QUARTERLY COMPETITION
After the healthy interest in the first quarterly Competition we will see who can remain at the top of the leader boards.  This will be Ralph Snook's  ARPS AFIAP first visit to KPS as a judge
