On Friday, 27th July there is a tour of the Wills Memorial Building, which is located on Queens Road, Bristol, BS8 1RJ. For

We will meet at 7.00pm at the University Car Park and the tour will
commence at 7.15pm,
finishing at 9.00pm,
costing £3 per person. Places are
limited, so it is essential to check with Vanessa first of all, either by e-mailing
vanessaherring@gmail.com, or
phoning 07702 343781, to receive confirmation of availability.
There is free parking at the University Car Park, but limited to
only 8 – 10 cars. NOTE
University Road is one way, approach by heading towards the
city on Clifton Triangle with Sainsburys on your left. Turn left into University Road between NatWest Bank and Browne's
restaurant. Follow this ONE WAY Street for approx 150 metres. Car park is on
your right through a pair of large, old wrought iron gates.
These
evenings are a great opportunity for members to spend time together either taking
photographs, sharing their photographic knowledge or simply socialising.

ADVANCED NOTICE - Our final summer outing is on
31 August, when we will be
photographing the old buildings and things which catch the eye on Christmas
Steps, Bristol. For more information about this site, use

Areas of interest include: The Bear Pit – the sunken walkway at St James
Barton, Building ruins and Graffiti in Nelson Street We shall meet up at 7.00pm at the foot of the steps and the plan is to
enjoy a supper of Fish& Chip at the venue at the bottom.
