This Friday at KPS ...

Kingswood Photographic Society is very pleased to welcome back this Friday, 10th February, Clive Haynes FRPS & Martin Addison FRPS who are giving their talk entitled Foto-Synthesis, an inspirational photo-presentation, which has received countrywide acclaim.
Hopefully, all KPS members already have this event firmly in their diaries. In addition, visitors are very welcome at a cost for the evening of £3.00. Kingswood PS meet at 7.30pm for 7.45pm at St Barnabas Church Hall, Warmley, Bristol BS30 5JJ.
Clive Haynes & Martin Addison have both been active in photography for over 40 years and during that time they have established a reputation for quality presentations about the art and craft of photography. During their talks, they have created numerous audio-visual shows, worked in traditional darkrooms, explored 'alternative' methods, used toning & hand-tinting and even made prints without the aid of cameras!
They have always sought to share the joy and excitement of photography and picture making with wider audiences. They are also very happy to share their knowledge in an open exchange with any audience and definitely do not believe in 'keeping secrets'.
Clive & Martin are both using Digital Imaging as their primary method of image making and reproduction. Although they have distinct approaches they enjoy a common enthusiasm for representing and interpreting predominately 'natural things' in styles that are complementary.
Martin is also the author of 4 books on Corel Painter, the latest, Painter 12 for Photographers was published late 2011.
We look forward to seeing you on Friday ...
