This Friday at KPS

Kingswood Photographic Society is absolutely delighted to be able to welcome back Chris Palmer ARPS, AFIAP, DPAGB, APAGB as their speaker on Friday 4th February, giving his illustrated print talk entitled ‘The Prints and the Paper’.

Chris is a self-confessed ‘photo-holic’, embracing all aspects of photography, but remaining committed primarily to landscape and location photography. Chris’s philosophy is to ‘get it right at the taking stage, but that the print production process provides good opportunities to produce a print that does justice to, but also enhances, the original scene’.

Now retired from being an air traffic controller, Chris is at last now finding the time to turn many of his digital images into The Prints and the Paper, which get’s its very first showing at Kingswood PS.

This promises to be an excellent evening. It is a great opportunity to hear and see a highly acclaimed national and international photographer. For a taster of some of the treats that are in store, pop on to Chris’s website.

Visitors are always very welcome and the cost for this evening is £3.00. Kingswood PS meets Fridays at 7.30pm for 7.45pm at St Barnabas Church Hall, Warmley, Bristol BS30 5JJ.
