This Friday at KPS

Kingswood Photographic Society is delighted to be able to welcome a long time friend from Bristol Photogarphic Society Dr Graham Reeves FRPS, EFIAP as their speaker on Friday 28th January, giving his illustrated print talk entitled Something Old, Something New.

Graham will be pre

senting Silver and Digital prints from his various treks around

the world. The early images he will be showing were produced for competition and exhibition work whilst the recent ones are pictures that either had personal appeal or are a personal view of a place or subject with no pretension of suitability for exhibition entry. It is sure to be a night of exciting pictures.

Visitors are always very welcome and the cost for this evening is £3.00. Kingswood PS meets Fridays at 7.30pm for 7.45pm at St Barnabas Church Hall, Warmley, Bristol BS30 5JJ.

Who Are KPS?

Kingswood Photographic Society is one of the UK’s leading photographic groups, having been formed in 1948 by a handful of keen photographers.
Over the years, KPS has become renowned for the quality of its annual programme, with an emphasis on well-known outside speakers from around the UK. In addition, members run other evenings, with the aim of sharing their knowledge with others. Practical and competition evenings make up the balance of the programme, with AV being the latest innovation.
Within our normal programme, we hold a number of digital workshops. These are some of the reasons KPS attracts an enthusiastic, talented and friendly membership. Above all, the programme is designed to suit photographers of all ages and abilities.
