The theory of replace and remove. As in everytime you bring another piece of camera or lighting kit into your home office (or shed, or loft) it is an instance of Afaeridys.
First heard this morning when discussing a visit to the bootfair on Sunday with my wife. She pointed out that if I buy more stuff to put in my office then I should remove something that I already I have. I answered "or a fairy dies" and Karen heard Afaeridys
This word, of course, once-coined belongs to everyone. I encourage its use but, as always when you light the blue touch paper of increasing your vocabulary, stand well back.
