Just as our Manhattan Madmen were promoting Polaroid, their East German equivalent were hard at work on the Praktica account.
Imagine, the atmosphere heavy with the repressed sensuality of the pre-unification era, the East German equivalent of Peggy walks into Herr Draper's office.
Herr Draper looks her up and down whilst respecting the dignity of the proletariat and says ... after a pause that needs two ellipses ... ... "you know what everyone needs?"... "exposure...".
There's yet another long pause whilst everyone else in the dark smoky room register's just how clever Herr Draper is. Then the music plays.
