This Friday at KPS ... Festive Greetings ...

There will be no meetings on 28 December but wherever you are this Christmas and New Year, and whatever you are doing, enjoy your photography!

Kingswood Photographic Society holds its first meeting in 2013 on Friday 4 January when we are absolutely delighted to welcome back Paul Foley FRPS, EFIP, MPAGB. The title of Paul's talk is Simply Passion and Good Fortune. Paul will give a personal interpretation of his three favourite locations, Tuscany, Colorado and Yellowstone. We know that we are in for a real treat as Paul has a unique way of capturing the beauty, details and moods found in these wild and lonely places on slide film.

We look forward to seeing you at the KPS Friday meetings in 2013. Kingswood PS meets Fridays at 7.30pm at St Barnabas Church Hall, Warmley, Bristol BS30 5JJ. The cost for visitors is £3.00.

Who Are KPS?

Kingswood Photographic Society is one of the UK’s leading photographic groups, having been formed in 1948 by a handful of keen photographers.
Over the years, KPS has become renowned for the quality of its annual programme, with an emphasis on well-known outside speakers from around the UK. In addition, members run other evenings, with the aim of sharing their knowledge with others. Practical and competition evenings make up the balance of the programme, with AV being the latest innovation.
Within our normal programme, we hold a number of digital workshops. These are some of the reasons KPS attracts an enthusiastic, talented and friendly membership. Above all, the programme is designed to suit photographers of all ages and abilities.
